A detailed History/Exam
The first visit will involved a detailed history of your condition and previous health history to get to the root cause of your condition.
Many times condition have more than one cause, so a detailed history and exam is needed to get to the cause instead of sifting through the symptoms.
The functional exam
Beyond a normal exam to rule out serious disease. Dr. Day will use special tests that have been developed by experts in many fields to uncover faulty movement patterns that can lead to joint and muscle imbalance. These imbalances can go unnoticed and the overcompensation for these can be the SYMPTOM of pain or discomfort you are feeling on arrival.
Review of Findings
Dr. Day will set down with you and explain what's going on in your body in an easy to understand manner. He will be happy to draw a game plan of care with you. Detailing how long the healing will take, and the stages you will go through.
